All applicants for the following positions must have a minimum degree in engineering or its equivalent and must possess between 7 to 15 years working experience in fabrication or commissioning of offshore oil & gas facilities, of which 5 to 8 years must have been in the current position applied for
PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Familiar with ASME codes, design codes and standards, oil and gas industry standards and construction practices
- Responsible for performance of all activities within the project and resource management to meet project goals.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Requirements:
- Steward Project Completion and Acceptance, Invoicing, Project Closeout Reports and Final Project Documents
- Prepare and update the work Order Logs and Change Management Logs.
QA/QC LEAD
Requirements:
- Familiar with international materials standards, pressure / process piping & vessel codes, building structural & electrical codes, NDT & welding procedures, ASME.ANSI codes, client practices & procedures.
- Attended International Register of Certified Auditors (ICRA) certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course
PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Requirements:
- Must be familiar with contracting, procurement, expediting, shipping, importation, Malaysian customs procedures, logistics and materials control at site
- Responsible for the planning and execution of procurement and logistics activities to meet projects requirements with regards to costs and schedules.
SCHEDULER/PLANNER
Requirements:
- Experienced in planning, scheduling and reporting of oil and gas projects
- Familiar with standard software program, CPM network, developing S-Curve Schedule, bar chart and manpower histogram.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:
- Familiar with ASME codes, codes and standards, oil and gas industry standards and construction practices
- Able to lead and manage all construction activities as well as coordinate and interface with PMT on shop drawings and other engineering related issues, activities and resolve.
SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Preference will be given to applicants who are familiar with SSHE management of work sites in oil and gas industry
- Responsible for the planning and coordinating project management tasks.
QA ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Familiar with international materials standards, pressure / process piping & vessel codes, structural & electrical codes, welding & NDT codes such as ASME, AWS, ANSI and API, etc
- Certified Auditors Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- Develop Project Quality plan, Audit Plans, Project Quality Procedures such as document control, change control, materials control, field inspection & testing procedures and ensure compliance.
SHE LEAD
Requirements:
- Experiened in the development and implementation of SHE procedures, plans, incentive programs and training programs
- Familiar with SHE codes, standards, procedures and regulations.
COST CONTROLLER
Requirements:
- Familiar with project cost management and control, change estimating, cost data management, project cost accrual reporting, invoicing and payment
- Able to prepare and update project cost estimates, accruals and actual expended cost as well as to monitor and control cost to ensure completion of project within budget.
COMMISSIONING ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Familiar with international electrical and instrumentation standards, welding and NDT codes such as ASME, AWS, ANSI and API, etc
- Competent in testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems
PROJECT ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Experienced in planning, coordinating and executing oil and gas projects and able to review and approve work package
- Familiar with ASME codes, codes and standards, oil and gas industry standards and construction practices.
WORKPACK TEAM LEAD / ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Familiar with ASME codes and development of project execution document
- Able to lead and supervise preparation of work packs and job cards.
FIELD ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Experienced in planning, supervising, coordinating and executing oil and gas projects
- Responsible for the planning, monitoring and coordinating of project construction activities including reporting offshore projects status on a daily basis.
BUYER/EXPEDITOR
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Engineering with more than six (6) years experience in fabrication or commissioning of offshore oil & gas facilities of which three (3) years must have been in the current position
- Familiar with procurement management tools, PTS, POTS as well as equipment/services for oil and gas projects, shipping, custom’s approval procedures, importation procedures
- Maintain and update PTS, POTS to ensure post PO activities are progressing as per plan.
SHE OFFICER
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM and DOSH registered with at least six (6) years experience with hands on knowledge in oil & gas construction safety requirements.
SHE PROMOTER
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM and NIOSH certified with at least three (3) years hands on knowledge in oil & gas construction safety requirements
ASSISTANT CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Engineering / Quantity Surveying with at least three (3) years experience in Contract Administration of Oil & Gas.
ASSISTANT COST CONTROLLER
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Accounting or Quantity Surveying with at least three (3) years experience in Cost management of oil and gas projects
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with at least three (3) years relevant working experience and must be familiar with document control on engineering and construction projects
