We are an Engineering and construction company servicing in Oil & Gas Refinery, Petrochemical and Power General Industries. Due to our expansion, we wish to invite dedicated and self motivated individuals to apply the following position;
PROCUREMENT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Perform supplier selection, audit and qualification;
- Manage and review suppliers’performance based on quality, delivery performance, cost and allocation;
- Support new project introduction, parts and tooling qualifications and development;
- Assist in assurance of parts, issues resolution returns and reject analysis;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Company;
- Negotiate terms and conditions with Vendors;
- Propose supplier cost and allocation.
- Sources, negotiates and purchases materials and services that comply with specifications and requirement.
- Identifies new suppliers and develop their capabilities to meet company’s requi rements.
- Conducts and obtains bids/quotes from suppliers that meet the purchase requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualification Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering field
- 2-3years working experience in construction industry, preferable on candidate who are current job function of Procurement / Purchasing Engineering are welcome to apply;
- Knowledge of tooling and construction equipment’s
- Team player who is self-motivated and dynamic;
- Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills;
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia;
ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall financial management of the company.
- To ensure that the monthly cash flow/cash balance report is up to date incorporating all expenses and cost incurred by all departments, hence representing a true status of the actual financial situation of the company.
- Monitor trade debtors and credit control
- To work closely with the management team to prepare annual financial budgets for the company.
- Liase with external auditors, internal auditors, tax advisors, company secretary and legal advisor on statutory requirements.
- Review monthly expenses and compare to budget.
- Finalise and prepare monthly accounts, compare to budgets and highlight the variance.
- Monitor and review of progress claim & expenses for project and maintenance jobs and compare to budgets.
- Liase with bankers on all banking matters.
- Review of trade creditors and arrange for payment.
- Verify salary for the permanent & Contract staff.
- Verify all payment vouchers prior to send to GM for approval.
- Prepare project cost analysis (actual cost vs planned cost vs committed cost), monitor project costing and highlight potential cost overrun to management if any.
Requirements
- Member of relevant accountancy body with at least 5 years working experience.
- Degree or diploma holder.
