SALES MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global plans for marketing assigned products or product line(s), with ultimate objective to achieve or exceed company goals
- Evaluate and manage product introductions with respect to existing product lines, market opportunities, pricing, distribution, selling methods, market share potential and return on investment
- Develop pricing models and policies for assigned products and services, product training, configuration and sales aids, service and maintenance plans, including service contracts and warranties
- Develop budget for assigned area of responsibilities and operate within established budget guidelines
- A liaison function between marketing and engineering to assist in guiding the product/technology development

PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of assigned projects, including taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals
- Provide overall project schedule, budget, leadership management and expertise to meet the project objectives
- Assist the site management in developing/reviewing cost and schedule corrective actions and recovery plans and ensure needed actions/plans are implemented

PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Project co-ordination with client, engineering department, business units, vendors, subcontractors and procurement department for all project activities
- Co-ordinate with the site construction team for installation, testing and commissioning works
- Project Planning, Progress Reports and Claims
- Interpret Construction and Technical Drawings
- Evaluation of vendor quotation on Technical and Commercial aspects
- Preparation of Method of Statement, Risk Assessments for various installation works
- Plan monthly work schedule and set productivity to be achieved
- Verify technical specifications for adequacy
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent

ASSISTANT MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MANAGER (ROTATING)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions / Specifications / Mechanical Data Sheet / Technical Bid Evaluation for Rotating Equipment like pumps and compressor and Packaged equipment like Boiler, Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Refrigeration Units, Oil / water separator, Marine Loading Arm
- Review vendor documents of the above-mentioned equipment
- Hands-on experience on the equipment like Centrifugal Pumps, PD Pumps, compressors, Boilers, Marine Loading Arm
- Knowledge of HVAC and pressure vessels is added advantage Requirements:

ASSISTANT PIPING DESIGN MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Work as Lead Engineer for Oil & Gas project and guide a team of 10 to 15 to finish the Piping design (from Basic design to Detailed design) of the project
- Prepare EDCL and man hours
- Guide Engineers and Designers to produce plot plan, conceptual pipe routing, piping layout, equipment layout, Piping Material Specification, ISOs, pipe cross section, pipe rack loading, Stress report, MTO, piping vendor document review etc.
- Attend meeting and co-ordinate with client and other disciplines and vendors for regular update of the project and clarifications
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas preferably with bulk liquid storage terminals experiences
- Proficient in Autocad / Ceaser II / MS Excel / MS Word.
SENIOR/ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION (E&I) TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems
- Install electrical circuits, staging, control panels as required for plant or process modifications
- Trouble-shoot and determine necessary repairs and maintenance
- Repair and maintain plant electrical and instrumentation systems
- Repair and calibrate instruments used for various process measurements and controls throughout the plant process areas
- Perform weekly inspection and take inventory of tools and equipment and submit requisition to replace broken or missing items
Requirements:
- 3-5 years or relevant working experience in oil and gas maintenance
- GCE ’0′ / ‘N’ Level, ITE preferably having relevant Electrical and Instrument technical training and certification.
TANK SUPERVISOR – ERECTION
Responsibilities:
- Thorough supervision of mechanical works
- Check and evaluate subcontractor’s current status within work area
- Check work progress status and ensure that the work conforms to all technical requirements
- Prepare and direct daily log, weekly construction schedule, and monthly construction schedule within the areas assigned
Requirements:
- Intensive knowledge and work experience relating to tank erection
- At least 5 years of work experience in tank erection in Oil & Gas industry of relevant fields
- Able to understand tank construction drawing, do basic calculation and prepare manpower and equipment plan.
TANK SUPERVISOR – WELDING
Responsibilities:
- Proactive, leadership with supervisory skill to lead a team of welders to carry out day-to-day instructions
- Interpret and follow welding procedures specifications
- Attend daily meeting with foremen/supervisors
- Discuss with other work team on the deployment of manpower within the team for working on the job
- Able to write simple reports for his task and ensure safety of his crew
- Lead, guide and control the welders to carry out task in welding activities
- Take on other assigned works from time to time and carry out such duties duly and diligently in the interest of the company business
Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in Oil and Gas or related industry
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience
- Knowledge on test and assembly, inventory control, HSE policies, quality and productivity methodologies
- Knowledge of welding process, welding documentation and related industrial codes
- Able to interpret technical documentation

MATERIAL/LOGISTICS CONTROL ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Participate with project team to manage and organise materials/equipment and spare parts for assigned project
- Manage all required paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Material Controller should be fully qualified to manage a large number of spare parts from multiple suppliers
- Co-ordinate, manage and be responsible for the structure of bill of material to facilitate movements of parts and equipment for service and delivery
- Manage the warehouse function of construction materials and equipment
- Meet warehousing standards accepted in the industry and approved by the clients. Typical assignments include engineered and non-engineered items
- Visual inspection of materials for quality and quantity
- Co-ordinate with OC for material receiving inspection
- Monitor and track materials received and issued and in comparison with purchased MTO
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE in Engineering or technical qualifications
- Knowledge of overseas suppliers’ materials/spare parts
- Good knowledge of Mechanical and Civil Construction related equipment and spare parts
- Minimum 2 years experience as Material Identification Controller in any EPC Construction
- Experience in domestic and international shipments. Materials Management Controls and SPM(Smart Plant materials) Marian experience is a plus.
PIPING ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Select, lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professional piping engineers and technical and administrative support staff to ensure that piping engineering are completed on time within budget and as per the set goals
- Create career development programmes for the team and develop medium-term planning for the growth of the process
- Ensure implementation of projects for expanding and/or modifying the production lines
- Study the characteristics of all possible equipment available and suggest acquiring the most appropriate equipment for carrying out the operations
- Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of engineers with design engineering responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience drafting and design of plants and systems for projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industries
- Well-versed in all local and international codes and standards on the related field

FIELD ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- General on-site technical and engineering matters
- Site co-ordination, handling suppliers and sub-contractors
- Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets
- All construction site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters
- Ensure proper communication to all levels
Requirements:
- At least a NiTEC, Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent

AREA MANAGER/CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
- Manage, direct and execute projects in accordance with specifications and plans. Manage the use of resources such as equipment, materials and manpower
- Handle project design conception to completion, from both the physical and financial perspectives
- Construction planning for installations, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning activities
- Preparation for projects ó budget allocation, design development, project statement/plan and procedure writing, work pack preparation, time and milestone scheduling
- Supervise and control overall field activities; ensure that supervisors sub-contractors prepare weekly schedule according to projects schedule and requirements
- Put up progress reports to the Construction Manager
- Discuss and resolve problems with clients, sub-contractors for overall site activities
- Plan and allocate capital and human resources to maximise productivity
- Ensure that the organisation and government standards on safety are met
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) with relevant safety qualifications required
- Minimum 8 years of heavy industry or construction experience
- 5 years of direct supervision at site for EPCM construction projects are required preferably with bulk liquid storage terminals experiences
- Strong commitment to safety and able to demonstrate effective leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
TANKAGE DESIGNER
Responsibilities:
- Prepare MTO/detailed drawings for Atmospheric Storage Tanks
- Read/understand design calculations and specifications
- Liaise with other disciplines
- Perform other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years relevant working experience
- Competent in using AutoCad and MS Excel
- Familiar with codes API 650 / API 620.
TANKAGE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Reviews /implement projects/job specifications
- Draft engineering documents for government submission and construction
- Carry out basic and detailed engineering design including calculations/analysis as per project requirements
- Prepare and update material take-off for project procurement and bid proposals
- Assist in preparing cost estimate for tender proposals
- Adhere to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works
- Instruct, supervise, manage and monitor the Designers and Draftsmen in the course of work

PLANNING & CONTROL ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Implement modifications to provide a cost effective planning service within assigned budget constraints
- Define specific activities taking into consideration the Master Project Schedule, as well as labour, material and equipment availability throughout the length of the project
- Prepare and track overall project schedule using P6
- Check the planning package submitted by the sub-contractor and recommend to the management for its approval as the project baseline
- Review actual weekly progress submitted by the sub-contractors which include the Actual Progress S-Curve & Manpower Histogram that will be compared to the approved baseline
- Update the management on any schedule variances
- Initiate and undertake action to prevent non-conformity
- Work within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Rotary Group IMS, etc Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 3-5 years Project Planning experience in 011/Gas and Petrochemical Industries
- Demonstrated Primavera Project Planning software of P6 operating expertise
