We are expanding Oil and Gas Marine Services Company, specializes in operating the Accommodation Work Barges is currently looking for experience Project Administrator to work with us in servicing our Client in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of administrative and skilled tasks in the business commercial and vessel operation.
- Assist Project & Vessel Manager in co-ordinating of all onshore and offshore operational activities such as inspections, surveys, audits and arranging the replenishment & supply of ad-hoc provision, bunker and fresh water.
- Assist in preparation and submission of tender documentation
- Assist in maintaining and following up contract with relevant authorities to ensure information is made available as and when required.
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma with at least two (2) years experience the field or in a related area
- Considerable knowledge of vessel specification and vessel operational routine
- Ability to work independently and to complete task assigned according to the work schedule with minimal supervision
- Posses valid driving licence, ability to travel outstation and work offshore as and when required
