Sales Engineer (2 Positions)
Responsibilities
- To explore, develop and execute sales in Oil and Gas business
- To provide first line Marine Technical advice to Distributor’s customer and on the appropriate use and application of Shell branded and services, and to trouble shoot standard technical issues
- To Identity and develop potential business from customer and other
available market sources
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering with 3-5 years experience in the Oil and Gas/ Shipping industry
- Market knowledge of the industry with sales experience, development and production
- Dynamic, outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and resourcefulness
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
- Applicants must be willing to work in Phileo Damansara.
Finance Manager (1 Position)
Responsibilities
- Overall management and control of the Accounting, Costing & Finance functions by ensuring smooth operations, timely submission of monthly accounting and regular statutory reports, compliance with statutory regulations, setting and implementing adequate internal financial and operational control over all business processes having linkages to the Accounting, Costing and Finance function
- Perform independent monitoring over the company’s assets; including cash flow, credit
- Work closely with auditors to ensure all accounts transactions are up to date and complying to authorities’ requirement.
- Actively involved in generating annual budget & capital expenditure.
- Perform cost control, analysis & reconciliation including identifying opportunities for increasing revenue and decreasing costs.
- Experience in Marine / Shipping and Oil & Gas Industry
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent & is registered with relevant
accounting bodies such MIA or ACCA
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounts or similar capacity.
- Sound knowledge of Inventory, GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets, with strong knowledge of Manufacturing Costing, Accounting Standards, Tax Regulations and Companies Act.
- Strong managerial & leadership skills, self-motivated and ability to
work independently.
- Strong financial analysis & problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and meticulous skills
- Strong command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both in written & in
verbal
- A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook &
accounting software.
Marketing Executives (3 Positions)
Responsibilities
- To market and promote our products
- To ensure his/her territory achieves or exceeds sales target
- Maintain close relationships with existing customers and seek new
business opportunities
- Required to do prospecting, cold calls, make presentation &
prepare proposals
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Good initiative and able to deliver results

Account Executive (2 Positions)
Responsibilities
- In charge of full sets of accounts.
- Prepare & monitor cash flows/ cash books and perform monthly
reconciliation.
- Monitoring debtor’s aging & collection status including prepare
weekly debtors report.
- Prepare and maintain the balance sheet items schedules from time
to time and prepare the adjustment / journal entries accordingly.
- Assisting in updating the purchase transactions & suppliers’
reconciliation on statement.
- Assist in order ad hoc task as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Admin Clerk (1 Position)
Responsibilities
- Responsible in providing administrative and clerical services in
order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/ SPM/ “O” Level, any field.
- Able to work independently, self-motivation and willing to learn
- Computer literate
- 1-2 years working experience.
Supervisor (1 Position)
Responsibilities
- Supervising all local and international operations orders
- Flexible and manage other additional assignments as required.
- Executes the contracted scope of work in accordance with specification and company’s corporate requirements, with particular emphasis on the health and safety of fellow employees
Requirements
- Minimum Vocational Training or Trade Certification in any engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Sea freight export/import operations, and familiar with the customs
and the port authorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own Transport and willing to travel
General Workers (5 Positions)
Responsibility:
- Carry out activities involve receiving and delivery efficiently in warehouse
- Work independently with moderate supervision
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time
Requirements
