SENIOR COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE
Principal Accountabilities:
- Support the Commercial Manager in negotiating and drafting contracts.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate PSC communications and compliance with required notices.
- Oversee, enable, develop, and strengthen Company’s commercial relationships with JV and its partners.
- Consider the commercial impact of business decisions with regards to the production sharing contracts.
- Provide guidance on Company’s PSC performance.
- Ensure Company’s interests are protected in commercial negotiations.
- Review the commercial implications of business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all submissions required by JV partners.
- Coordinate response to queries from JV partners.
- Responsible for the review of PSC’s, sales agreements, farmout agreements, JOA’s and other contracts.
- Responsible for presentations and communications with Petronas and partners.
- Responsible for contracts and commercial arrangement.
- Responsible for planning and tracking Company’s PSC performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience with Production Sharing Contracts, Joint Operating Agreements and Sales Agreements.
- Experience with joint-venture management.
- Strong teamwork, communications, and leadership skills.
- University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering, Finance, or Law.
- Experience with major oil and gas projects.
- Experience in negotiating oil and gas contracts.
- Good command of English and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian upstream oil & gas industry.

DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Principal Accountabilities:
- Management of Geological and Geophysical data, specifically well and seismic into E&P technical data repositories.
- Understand business needs, developing logical data models to meet those business needs, developing a physical data model to properly implement those business needs in a physical operating environment, developing the actual databases in a physical operating environment, and maintaining those databases, maintaining current operational data, evaluating historical data, and using existing data to make future predictions.
- Management of the data workflow across E&P technical applications and associated data quality control.
- Provision of high level of data management support to interpretation users in Exploration and Subsurface teams during Exploration and Development activities.
- Participates in the design, implementation, maintenance and development of the Exploration and Production (E&P) data management systems in matters pertaining to all geoscience related data.
- Establish data standards and policies and procedures to ensure the best practice of data management and ongoing knowledge transfer.
- Analyzes applications or operations problems and proposes scope and course of actions.
- Ensure the corporate & reference data stores are updated with quality data, and ensure end user community have access to the quality data they require.
- Apply specialist Data Management (DM) tools to move data between applications and databases, employ special tools to analyze data and data-type specific tools.
- Provide mentoring to Data Management Technician, Technical Assistants and other geotechnical support staffs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Should at least possess a degree in an appropriate discipline, which may include Computer Sciences, Engineering, Geosciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years experience in database management and E&P applications.
- Champions the concept of Project and Corporate data. Has an understanding of the principles and practices involved in development and maintenance of Data Management.
- Good experience of technical software environment on Linux / Windows client-server platforms.
- A strong knowledge of E&P technical software, particularly Geology, Geophysics, Petrophysics and Data Management applications.
- Have a very good understanding of 2D and 3D seismic data and well data.
- Good skills on shell scripting using AWK, SED, PERL and SQL.
- Knowledge of software from OpenWorks, Paradigm or Petrel would be an added advantage.
- Firsthand experience in information / data architecture planning methods and tools (e.g. data structural modeling, data flow modeling).
- Excellent project management and reporting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge Exploration and Development Data Processing technologies.

SENIOR HSE ADVISOR
Principal Accountabilities:
- Act as focal point for advice and expertise on HSSE Management System.
- Provide training, mentoring, coaching and support to various
levels for the implementation and maintenance of HSSE Management System within Company.
- Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of an effective and user-friendly HSSE Management System.
- Undertakes the preparation, updates and revision of HSSE Management System documents; which includes but not limited to programs, procedures, guidelines and checklists.
- Participate in the development of corporate standards and
subsequent implementation of corporate standards and programs within the HSSE Management System by providing direction, training and advice to various personnel.
- Planning, coordination, leading and follow up of the internal and external audits and self-assessments in accordance with the requirements of the HSSE Management System.
- Coaching and mentoring of personnel in preparing, performing and reporting of internal and external audits.
- Monitor and audit Company’s activities including contractors.
and sub-contractors as to ensure compliance with Company’s HSE Policy, HSSE Management System, annual HSE Plan and all existing or new regulatory requirements and industry guidance.
- Review and update the Contractor HSE management program; which includes but not limited to improving the bidder’s evaluation and selection, contractual HSE requirement and contractor HSE performance evaluation.
- Review and alignment of HSSE bridging documents to ensure compliance to Company’s HSSE Management System and regulatory requirements.
- Support and participate in the risk assessment and mitigation process.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in the development,
implementation and maintenance of HSSE management system, including experience in internationally operating petroleum companies.
- Good understanding of offshore oil & gas industry, ideally from a corporate perspective.
- Experienced as a Lead Auditor, workshop facilitator and trainer.
- Ability to influence all levels of an organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with culturally diverse stakeholders.
- Good command of English and communication skills both written and verbal.
