Executive Position
– Instructors/Trainers (Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Mechanical,
Requirements :
– Process 3 Analytical, OSH E, Exploration & Production).
– Plan and conduct theoretical and practical training.
– Design and develop learning materials.
– Review, plan and budget for the training requirements.
Executive Position
– Programme Leaders (Engineering, Instrumentation Er Control, Electrical, Mechanical, Process & Analytical, OSHE, Exploration & Production).
Requirements :
– Manage the overall implementation of technical trainings.
– Plan and schedule learning programmes and event calendars.
Executive Position
- Programme Leader (Petroleum Engineering)
Requirements :
– Manage the overall implementation of technical training programmes.
– Plan and schedule learning programmes and event calendars.
Executive Position
– Internal Verifier (Process, Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical)
Requirements :
– Lead, manage and ensure the assessment process is in line with assessment guidelines.
Executive Position
Shift Supervisor
Requirements :
– Supervise, monitor and analyse equipment performance by implementing basic equipment care.
– Manage shift manning activities by planning shift workforce.
– Execute planned process and cost optimisation in collaboration with related parties.
Executive Position
– Learning Specialist
Requirements :
– Lead and manage activities for improvement of programme design, development,
delivery and evaluation.
Head (Business Operations & Development)
Requirements :
– Strategise, lead and drive the formulation and implementation of overall business operations, business development, marketing and sales.
Head (Quality Assurance Team Leader for Downstream)
Requirements :
– Promote, manage and ensure a proactive safety culture at training plants.
Promote, manage and ensure positive behavioral culture at clients’ training facilities.
Head (Strategic & Business Planning)
Requirements :
– Lead, drive and provide direction on the planning and development of overall company activities.
– Formulate corporate plans & budget, strategies & initiatives including for organisational effectiveness & efficiency and knowledge management.
Head (Finance & Accounts)
– Manage and control the financial and management accounting functions.
Head (Planning & Performance Management)
– Lead, drive and provide direction on planning and business performance by integrating business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Head (Supply Chain Management)
– Lead, strategise and plan activities to integrate sourcing, procurement governance, contract management and learning vendor management.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
– Minimum five (5) years relevant working experience (for Executive positions).
– Minimum ten (10) years relevant working experience (for Heads).
