CARIGALI HESS is a joint venture Oil and Gas company between PCJDA Ltd and Hess Oil Company of Thailand Ltd based in Kuala Lumpur engaged in gas production in Block A-18 of the Joint Development Area administered by the Malaysian-Thailand Joint Authority (MTJA). The block is located approximately 150km NE of Kota Bahru in approximately 60m of water. The facilities include central gas processing facilities at Cakerawala Production platform, a riser platform, a bridge-linked wellhead platform (CKA) and a number of remote wellhead platforms (WHPs). Carigali Hess is in fabrication phase for a BOOSTER COMPRESSION PLATFORM, to be bridge-linked to facilities at the central processing area, and is expected to be ready to operate in 2015.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Ensure all physical assets have proper maintenance strategy and maintenance methodology.
Coordinate day to day maintenance & ensure all maintenance activities are performed under State Regulatory and Company’s Safety Policy.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to Offshore on day to day maintenance activities.
Conduct Asset Integrity and Reliability Management review and Root Cause Analysis for failure improvement.
Manage spare parts availability to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Ensure that all works done by contractors meet the standards / specification intended.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
7-10 years’ experience in offshore oil & gas operations.
Operations Planner
Ensure that all works carried out on the facilities in the Cakerawala Gas Field Development are done according to our Maintenance Philosophy & Standard.
Responsibilities:
– Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in SAP.
– Experience in maintenance programs i.e. PM, CBM, RBI and M&R.
– Update work progress for activities under F&E, Operations, Drilling, Well Services and HSEMS in the Integrated Activities Plan (IAP).
– Coordinate with F&E, Operations, Project, SSD and Offshore to consolidate work lists, compile work packages, review resources requirements for plant shutdown and turnaround and perform scheduling and tracking for shutdown execution work to meet timeline and avoid delay to start-up.
– Control & monitor CKP Store inventory movement via internal PO.
Job Requirement:
– Recognised Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry.
– Minimum 3 years‘ experience in planning area in upstream, Oil and Gas industry (preference in planning and maintaining equipment data).
Electrical / Instrument Maintenance Engineer
Support and coordinate offshore day to day maintenance to ensure all maintenance requirements are accomplished in time and have met company engineering standards. Assist offshore maintenance conduct I supervise onshore repair activities in the event maintenance activities cannot be performed on site and/or platforms.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure onshore maintenance repairs / services are carried out effectively and in compliance with company specifications, industrial standards and in a safe manner.
– Control and monitor that the data in CMMS are properly recorded and well communicated for relevant parties to use and analyse.
– Ensure all maintenance works are in line with Regulatory and Company’s Safety Policy, Engineering Specifications and Maintenance Guidelines.
– Coordinate with F&E and offshore maintenance to review and develop PM programs and job cards to ensure effectiveness of PM.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, preferably in E&I Engineering.
7-10 years’ experience in offshore Oil & Gas operations.
Maintenance Executive
Coordinate to ensure all physical assets are properly maintained to perform as designed functions and capable to achieve company KPl’s safety, reliability and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Support and coordinate offshore day to day maintenance to ensure all maintenance requirements are accomplished in time and have met company engineering standards.
– Assist offshore maintenance to conduct / supervise onshore repair activities in the event maintenance activities cannot be performed on site and/or platforms.
– Coordinate with other departments / sections in the company e.g. HR, Drilling, F&E. C&P, CSB, OEM and Supplier to ensure all works, tools, spare parts and engineering services are properly arranged, inspect and confirm that all qualifications comply with company specifications and standards prior to mobilization for maintenance scheduling and planning.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years’ maintenance background and/or related to inventory management.
Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
