Drilling Rig Supervisors
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide day-to-day onsite/rig site supervision to safely and cost effectively execute drilling & completion operations.
- Ensure that safety, health and environmental procedures are enforced.
- Act as ExxonMobil’s primary contact with rig and third party personnel at the offshore rig site.
- Manage logistics for supplies, equipment, and people required to support efficient operations.
- Develop operational initiatives to support continuous improvement of the operation and related processes.
- Take on an active role in progressing and managing career development per the Early Competency Program.
What you should have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- Positive work ethic, motivation and commitment, teamwork and coordination skills to effectively interface with rig and third party personnel as well as other Company representatives at the rig site.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, 2 to 4 weeks.
- Willingness to travel and receptive to work internationally longer term.
