Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company Sdn. Bhd. (“KPOC”) is a Joint Operating Company comprising PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd., ConocoPhillips (Sabah Gas) Ltd. and Shell Energy Asia Limited and acting as Operator for the Kebabangan Cluster Production Sharing Contract, offshore Sabah, Malaysia. CEO’S OFFICE

EXECUTIVE, CORPORATE HSE
Position Summary
Establish a comprehensive HSE Management System in compliance with HSE legislations as well as PETRONAS and KPOC Shareholders HSE requirements. Provide support to the HSE Corporate team to protect KPOC’s image or reputation, interest and assets. Inculcate an effective HSE culture amongst the employees and contractors/subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years corporate and/or project HSE work experience in the oil and gas industry
- Well-versed in the oil and gas HSE processes, codes, standards and statutory requirements
- Having NIOSH, NEBOSH or similar certification is an advantage.

EXECUTIVE, HSE CONTRACTS AND SYSTEMS
Position Summary
Provide support to the Corporate and Project HSE team in setting up and monitoring HSE contracts for KPOC corporate and project teams especially HSE training including crisis and emergency management training. Focal point/coordinator for HSE systems which include Offshore Safety and Medical Pass (OSMP) system and SAP HSE modules to process related applications/submissions.

PROJECT HSE
PROJECT HSE ENGINEER
Position Summary
Promote, support and facilitate the implementation of KPOC HSE policies and strategies in all project phases. Support the Project HSE Manager and assist HSE team to ensure the project construction and installation are executed in accordance with the HSE requirements of the contract. Facilitate the implementation of KPOC culture change/behaviour safety programs, contributing to/review of technical safety/HSE studies, reports and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years major project experience in an HSE role with at least 3 years in process/technical safety or safety engineering
- Extensive experience in technical/process safety in detailed design, managing HSE in fabrication yards, installation/ construction barges and in offshore platform operations.

WELL ENGINEERING

DRILLING ENGINEER, OPERATIONS
Position Summary
Provide drilling engineering support for offshore drilling operations. Prepare drilling programs and communicate them to the rig site staff. Manage third party drilling service providers prior to mobilization to ensure execution readiness of the given work scope. Identify execution drilling risks and create suitable contingency plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years drilling experience with at least 2 years in a drilling operational/execution position
- Well-versed in well engineering such as well control, drilling operations and design, logistics and third party service provider management
- Having valid IWCF Supervisors Subsea Well Control certificate is an advantage.

EXECUTIVE, HSE SUPPLY BASE
(This position will be based in Labuan, FT)
Position Summary

Position Summary
Provide business and technical analysis of the corporate information structure and process flow within and across organizations. Recommend and manage project implementation to achieve higher index of information quality standard. Coordinate and maintain corporate information for completeness, recentness, accuracy, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS)/Information Technology/Business Information Systems or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in implementing and supporting corporate information with automated solution
- Experience in handling information-based systems, such as Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 or equivalent
- Experience in the implementation of Enterprise Document Management System with detailed understanding of information quality and information security

OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER (OIM)
Position Summary
As part of the KBB Northern Hub Operability Assurance team, participate in the design, specification, installation, hook up and commissioning of all equipment being installed on the KBB Northern Hub facilities. During the Operations phase, manage and monitor the day-to-day offshore operations of the KBB Northern Hub facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years offshore management experience either as an OIM or Senior Production Supervisor with previous major production facilities in the oil and gas industry
- Extensive experience in all types of oil and gas equipment operations and related maintenance activities
- Extensive experience in Process Safety programs and practices including Management of Change and Operations Integrity
- Must be capable of working in a multi-cultural work environment with a demonstrable ability to communicate effectively.

MANAGER, TECHNICAL SERVICES
Position Summary
Lead a team of engineers and technicians to support the KBB platform and associated pipelines and satellite production facilities to maintain optimized production and overall integrity of the facilities through the successful development and implementation of required support contracts which include Asset Integrity Management System, Engineering Manpower Support, Fabrication and Construction, Subsea Inspection, Safety Case Verification.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years offshore management experience with at least 5 years either as an Engineering or Technical Support Manager in the oil and gas industry
- Extensive experience in Process Safety programs and practices including Management of Change and Operations Integrity
- Strong knowledge in Asset Integrity Standards, Systems and Regulations
- Must be capable to undertake the role of overall Technical Authority.

LEAD, PRODUCTION
Position Summary
Lead a team of engineers to ensure that the metering hardware and procedures on the allocation, attribution and fiscal metering data process are in place to meet the required commercial agreement aligned with the Quality Assurance Program and Operations Readiness Plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years offshore production operations experience with at least 5 years either as a Lead in hydrocarbon accounting or in a production supervisory role in the oil and gas industry
- Extensive experience in metering procedures, measurement and allocation
- Knowledge in the requirements of Subsurface and Drilling and their impact on facilities and operations
- Knowledge in specific systems such as Production Data
Management System and SAP.

CONTRACTS SPECIALIST
Position Summary
Provide contract administration services for the Operations team to ensure effective contracts are properly developed, executed and managed. The main functions include identification, development and placement of contracts to ensure the contractors comply with the obligations and responsibilities set out in the contracts. Ensure contracts are monitored, maintained and documented including contract tracking and analysis. Review
proposed contract modifications and extensions. Prepare
contract closeout documents upon completion of the services.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum of 7 years experience in negotiating operations procurement activities and services contracts
- Experience in development and application of contractual terms and conditions for POs and services
- Familiar with operations services including maintenance, asset integrity, logistics, warehousing, transportation, rotating/static equipment and tubular goods
- Well-versed in the integrated finance and procurement (ERP) application systems such as SAP, Maximo or PIMS.

SIMULATOR TRAINING SPECIALIST
Position Summary
Coordinate Operator Training Simulator (OTS) courses and preparation of course materials and resources for Operations team OTS training onboard/onshore KPOC facility. Assist in the training and competency processes to ensure that a competent operations work force is in place at the start-up of the KBB Northern Hub within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry
- Experience in DCS, Fire and Gas Shutdown system and able to interpret instrumentation logic
- Well-versed in process shutdown hierarchy, cause and effect and Process Control Narrative
- Well-versed in competency training and budgeting
- Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage.

EXECUTIVE, TRAINING & COMPETENCY
Position Summary
Coordinate courses and course materials for employee development. Assist in the training and competency processes to ensure that a competent operations work force is in place at the start-up of the KBB Northern Hub within budget.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience with at least 5 years in training and competency system development in the oil and gas industry

EXECUTIVE, APPLICATIONS (IT)
Position Summary
Provide support and supervise a portfolio of business critical systems for KPOC office in Kota Kinabalu to ensure an effective application and continuous review of performance delivery standards to meet application user requirement and service level. Understand the business requirements, business process management, and then works to develop particular software solutions and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Management Information Systems (MIS)/Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years prior Application support and Data Management experience
- Well-versed in database administration such as Oracle and SQL
- Knowledge in specific systems such as SAP and Livelink Document Management System
- Knowledge in supporting applications in a virtual environment

LEAD, ICT
Position Summary
Lead a team of IT personnel located at KPOC’s office in Kota Kinabalu on all IT related activities including Applications, Desktop Support, Infrastructure, and Telecommunications equipment and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in IT, Infrastructure and Telecommunications support with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Experience managing and prioritizing IT budget, manpower and schedule
- Strong knowledge in PC hardware, Windows software and telecommunications equipment.
- Experience in the oil and gas and/or project environment is an advantage.

SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
Position Summary
Lead and manage the technical process engineering for the day to day and longer term for safe and efficient operation of the KBB facilities. Ensure that processes and procedures are in place to verify that facilities are operating within required limits without compromise to personnel safety and facilities integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering preferably registered with the Institute of Chemical Engineers Malaysia or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years experience as a Process Engineer in the oil and gas industry preferably in a supervisory role
- Experience in Process Safety programs and practices including Management of Change
- Experience in design reports review, process equipment and overall system performance of offshore equipment
- Knowledge and experience in the use of process simulation software HYSIS for Production Optimization is an advantage.

OFFSHORE PROCESS ENGINEER
Position Summary
Provide process-related inputs into commissioning and startup programs, and into KPOC’s Asset & Operability Integrity systems of work during pre-production and production phases of operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering preferably registered with the Institute of Chemical Engineers Malaysia or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years process engineering experience in the oil and gas industry
- Experience in Process Safety studies and practice which includes instigating process safety and optimization initiatives via technical procedures and Management of Change, through to implementation
- Experience in design reports review, process equipment and overall system performance of offshore equipment
- Knowledge and experience in the use of process simulation software such as HYSIS or equivalent for Production Optimization
- Knowledge in budgeting for process safety and efficiency improvement.

INTEGRATED OPERATIONS DATABASE SPECIALIST
Position Summary
Support, administer, customize, configure, install, patch and ensure adequate performance for all Integrated Operations computing databases and interfaces. Implement advanced Integrated Operations information management tools and processes to ensure accurate data retrieval.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge in global standards for data formatting, standards for data format representation (e.g. CCSDS, ISO)
- Well-versed in the visualization of complex/structured test data generation and transformation.

MATERIALS & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Position Summary
Drive the overall materials management function to ensure efficient materials management practices are in place including inventory management, record and document management. Facilitate in all aspects of the supply chain management which include shipment, storage and purchasing of spares and consumables. Coordinate with onshore aviation and marine on logistics activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the materials management and logistics activities in the oil and gas industry
- Well-versed in inventory control, issuance of materials, requisitions and logistics
- Knowledge in MS Office applications and SAP system.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Position Summary
Provide support to the OIM to ensure safe and efficient execution of all inspection and maintenance activities on the facilities. Lead a team of technicians and contractors to safely execute the maintenance of all equipment on KBB platform.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in equipment maintenance activities in the upstream oil and gas facilities with at least 7 years in a supervisory role
- Well-versed in preventative and corrective maintenance concepts and repair procedures
- Knowledge in engineering drawings, mechanical schematics, sketches, flow diagrams and P&ID
- Experience in using CMMS and SAP PM module is an advantage.

PRODUCTION MENTOR
Position Summary
Provide leadership and guidance to the KBB production team to develop competent production teams and effective systems and procedures for all operations equipment on the KBB Northern Hub platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 10 years offshore and 5 years as an Operations Mentor or Line Trainer
- Qualified verifier of assessor for operators capability development programs
- Strong knowledge in the functionalities of process equipment related to an offshore oil and gas platform, understanding of maintenance planning and execution work flows
- Experience in using CMMS and SAP PM module is an advantage.

MECHANICAL MENTOR
Position Summary
Provide leadership and guidance to the KBB mechanical maintenance team to develop competent maintenance teams and effective systems and procedures for all mechanical equipment on the KBB Northern Hub platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 10 years offshore and 5 years as a Mechanical Supervisor, Mentor or Line Trainer
- Qualified verifier of assessor for mechanical technician capability development programs
- Strong knowledge in the functionalities of mechanical equipment related to an offshore oil and gas platform, understanding of maintenance planning and execution work flows
- Experience in using SAP PM module is an advantage.

ELECTRICAL MENTOR
Position Summary
Provide leadership and guidance to the KBB electrical maintenance team to develop competent maintenance teams and effective systems and procedures for all electrical equipment on the KBB Northern Hub platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 10 years offshore and 5 years as an Electrical Supervisor, Mentor or Line Trainer
- Qualified verifier of assessor for electrical technician capability development programs
- Strong knowledge in the functionalities of electrical equipment related to an offshore oil and gas platform, understanding of maintenance planning and execution work flows essential and experience in using SAP PM module
- Certification in Energy Commission Chargeman with BO restriction qualification.

CONTROL AND INSTRUMENTATION MENTOR
Position Summary
Provide leadership and guidance to the KBB control and instrumentation maintenance team to develop competent maintenance team and effective systems and procedures for all control, instrumentation and metering equipment on the KBB Northern Hub platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years working experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 10 years offshore and 5 years as a Control and Instrumentation Supervisor, Mentor or Line Trainer
- Qualified verifier of assessor for control and instrumentation technician capability development programs
- Strong knowledge in modern, integrated safety and control systems, understanding of maintenance planning and execution work flows
- Experience in using SAP PM module is an advantage.

SENIOR OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN (PRODUCTION)
Position Summary
Lead the production technicians to ensure safe and efficient implementation of the preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of operations equipment. Impart knowledge and experience to junior operations technician to familiarize them in the application and use of safety management systems in day to day tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry preferably in an offshore environment with at least 7 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in operating oil and gas plant via the DCS (control room operations)
- Well-versed in simultaneous operations, knowledgeable on wells and drilling operations, operating glycol regeneration system, switchover of key equipment, writing Standard Operating Procedures, utilities operations, equipment isolation, purging, emergency response and drills.

SENIOR OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN (3 POSITIONS)
MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL/ INSTRUMENTATION

Position Summary
Lead the various groups of operations technician to ensure safe and efficient implementation of the preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of operations equipment. Impart knowledge and experience to junior operations technician to familiarize them in the application and use of safety management systems in day to day tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry preferably in an offshore environment with at least 7 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in using the CMMS/SAP systems to record maintenance tasks and equipment history, execution of PM/ CM tasks, overhaul, troubleshooting and basic analysis of equipment failures.

TOPSIDE FABRICATION
(This positions will be based in Pasir Gudang, Johor)

PRESERVATION COORDINATOR
Position Summary
Coordinate, supervise and monitor all equipment preservation activities including mechanical rotating/static, electrical and instrument and other equipment during onshore construction/ commissioning phase of the project at the fabrication yard, in accordance with statutory and KPOC requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in managing and working with fabrication contracts in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge in preservation requirements for various equipment such as E&I Panels and Piping
- Experience in managing HSE issues in fabrication yards.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR, ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION (E&I)
Position Summary
Support the Construction Engineering Team in the E&I discipline during the topside fabrication. Supervise the fabrication contractor’s site team activities at the fabrication site to ensure that they are executed in accordance with the requirements of the contract. Proactively engage with the fabrication contractor to ensure that the fabrication activities are performed safely and as per schedule.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in E&I construction working with fabrication contracts in the oil and gas industry
- Experience in supervising at least 2 offshore structures fabrication in onshore fabrication yards
- Experience in managing HSE issues in fabrication yards.

HOOK-UP & COMMISSIONING
SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
Position Summary
Lead the Process team to ensure that the design cases, data sheets, and process calculations for all process equipment for KBB project meets the design and performance specifications. Provide process integrity input to ensure the process equipment for the project is selected, constructed, tested and commissioned in compliance with KPOC standards for safety and operability. Participate in the testing, commissioning and start-up of hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon system, develop spading plans, and develop testing procedures, fine tuning process and performing endurance test. Participate in the development of commissioning and start up plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the oil and gas upstream process engineering, with at least 5 years start up experience
- Experience in design and overall system performance of process
- Experience in testing and commissioning of upstream facilities with system completion and handover.requirements

SUPPORT STAFF

HR & SERVICES ASSISTANT
Position Summary
Provide administrative HR related services to the company in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner to support business, operational objectives and plans in compliance with the approved policies and procedures. Assist in the preparations of HR related correspondence and documentation, update and maintain employee’s database, information, organize proper filing and record keeping.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR related functions
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in oil and gas and/or project environment is an advantage.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER ASSISTANT
Position Summary
Provide document control support for all project information management requirements. Assist in the control of documentation flow, filing/archiving and document handover activities throughout all phases of the project. Coordinate and interface with various contractors, suppliers and subcontractors that have undertaken work to support KPOC document control policies and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Library Science/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the management of document control in large projects
- Experience in EDMS/PDMS engineering software applications
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and SAP system
- Experience in oil and gas and/or project environment is an advantage.

HELPDESK CALL CENTRE ASSISTANT
Position Summary
Provide first line technical support on issues, incidents, problems and requests pertaining to IT facilities hardware and software, telecommunication and network infrastructure across KPOC. Maintain records of helpdesk jobs undertaken using helpdesk system, answer IT queries and update IT procedures and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in ICT related support and activities
- Experience in computer and network installation test and troubleshooting
- Well-versed in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in oil and gas and/or project environment is an advantage.
